went for physiotherapy earli in de mornin.
is do gym trg for 2hrs laaaa!
do till reali can die la damn tired.
doin all these to strengthen my leg muscle.
but de mre i do, de mre painful on my left knee.
i regret nt havin de habit of eatin breakfast sia.
cos do doze trg till giddy sia too tired oready.
