sleepless night/morning

have problem sleeping at night.
but once fall asleep,
wake up easily in the morning.
like yesterday,
lesson at 11am,
but woke up at 7am.
ate something and go back to sleep,
end up never wake up for lesson.
lesson at 9am today.
woke up at 7am again.
cant get to sleep anymore.

last minute gonna wear full formal for presentation later -.-
i also don have full formal lor.
heck care.

okay i dread going school later.
have presentation.
and i didnt do tutorial.
sigh
